JFK was a nice airport, although a very long walk to baggage area. The port would have been great if we had some assistance from the guys lounging around. No offer of help and bad attitude when asked questions. No one from the ship was available to guide or help us.

We are driving distance to the port -- the parking is convenient.

Did a Princess bus tour and the tour guide was nice but less than informative! She spent too much time talking about her family/relations/country of origin and less about Brooklyn and NYC. It became a joke on the bus and lots of people snickering. Not enough time was spent at points of interest.

Docked in Brooklyn had to buy tickets for ferry to get to NY SAME for return stood in line for hours to board. Eat up a lot of shore time. Missed seeing a lot of NYNY

It's Brooklyn, so expect it to be Brooklyn. I lived in the north my entire life, so Brooklyn really holds no fascination to me. But New York is a beautiful and bustling city so take some time to experience everything it has to offer.
