It's okay. I think Portland is best via excursions which we did on our last cruise. This time we decided to get off the ship and walk around. It's okay.

There is really no CHEAP lobster in Portland downtown but what is there is Fresh. The Art Museum is interesting as well. Depending on the day, you can take a tour of the brewery.
