Not a big fan of Jacksonville, the beaches are nicer than those at south beach in Miami, but the city itself is way too spread out and unless you are at the beaches it isn't very tourist friendly in my opinion?

Terminal small, slow at embarkment(I feel like that was more of the people who was getting there before their embarkation time); Disembarkation we had no problem. Only ones was those folks who did not have their PHOTO ID out.

The port is very close to the airport and major interstates. It is also nice and small which makes parking or transportation a breeze.
