Good cruise. We enjoyed the Elation and we loved Princess Cay. Looking forward to visiting Princess Cay again.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
A little wait. The terminal is small. We had early boarding time, but a lots of folks there early. Unless we get FTTF, we will choose a later boarding time.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Dining rooms was fantastic and food and service was great. Pizza Pirate was good, The Buffet , well it a buffet, choices ok, Ice dispensers was not always working and they would just put out pans of ice, got turned off to that when I watch people put their hands on them to get ice instead of using the scoop. Guy Burgers was good each time and deli was good too.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Pool area was clean but crowded. Putt Putt was nice and fun, walk thur the fitness center, nice views and nice equipment.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Shows was good. Enjoy the musicians through out the ship.
Children's Programs
3 out of 5
Had 2 teenagers and 02 club was close most of the time. I don’t blame them, not many teens between 15-17 on board.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
5stars - Great service from our room stewards and waiters. 4 stars -Guests services was good. 1 star For Shore Excursion Desk, Did a shore excursion and wrong time printed on ticket so we miss our time to disembark @ Princess Cay. When I return and showed them, It was like old well not our fault but yours. Good thing I photographed my ticket, it was the only way we got part of our money back.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Yes for the age of the ship well maintained and the ship was as clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Overall the cabin was fine. It ok for 3 people, little crowded with 4. Room door hard to open. Exhausted fan switch broken and missing.
Ship tip
Bring a fan. When the ship is docked it gets very warm in the room, even with air turned all the way down.
Terminal small, slow at embarkment(I feel like that was more of the people who was getting there before their embarkation time); Disembarkation we had no problem. Only ones was those folks who did not have their PHOTO ID out.
