Plenty of parking at the port, definitely book online through Carnival's website to get the reduced rate than directly on Jaxport's website. Clean, lots of baggage porters and people to tell you where to go.

Check out the cruise parking lot across the street from the port for half off parking and free shuttle service to and from the port. Call The Parking Mall @ 904-741-6300 and mention this "cruise line review" to get $7.00 a day parking. Address is 3379 Zoo Parkway Jacksonville, Fl 32226

Nothing special, it’s easy to find and parking is reasonable (we paid $85 for a 5 day cruise). Very decent facilities, terminal was clean, port staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

No excursion offered by Carnival but the Zoo is right down the road from the terminal so we added to our return day.

Embarkation and Disembarkation was very quick and easy.. On and off in less than 30 minutes..We purchased FTTF so that gave us a little advantage.. Staff was friendly.

No complaints other than the heat @ disembarkation The fans were all placed to blow on the luggage and not on those of us waiting in line. The luggage didn't need to be cooled off, we did.
