Fantastic city so lovely, beautiful and clean. Great historic buildings and flowers everywhere. Check out the government buildings ( great history), empress hotel and fisherman's wharf. Easy walking distance from port.

We took a cab to a brewery and did a "pub crawl" back to the port! The weather was a bit dreary, but the beers made us not care! Thanks to the helpful advice of many locals who told us some insider secrets!

We just spent the hours in port exploring the touristy area near the Empress Hotel. Then rented a scooter for a couple hours and rode up along the coast and through some of the neighborhoods.

Did the Pedicab tour. Great way to tour the city at a nice easy pace. Beacon Hill Park was beautiful! This city has some amazing gardens that you can see all while being pedaled around by the Pedicab driver!! This stop was one of our favorites.

Way to brief. Understanding logistics dictate the timing, It was still uncomfortable timing. We would have liked more time in the Bouchart gardens with more daylight. The fireworks were basically what we had seen in any number of places and not worth the traffic and getting back at midnight.

Not nearly enough time in this port. We did not do a ship excursion. Instead we visited the BC Museum for the Egypt exhibit.

Very short trip. The government building is pretty at night. Be sure to take the bus vs trying to walk to downtown. There is not sufficient time for the walk.
