No excursion. We stayed in a hotel two nights prior and one night after the cruise. This city is super expensive everywhere.

No excursions since it is my home town. I spent my time visiting families and went out for diner at different restaurants.

On disembarkation day it is difficult to get a ride. The best advice is to catch a Town Car service who is dropping someone off, but do agree on a fare before you hop in. Otherwise you will need to call a cab service and somehow find out who is supposed to be picking you up among several thousand people also trying to leave the area.

So much to do in this lovely city. Our favorites were Chihuly glass, the underground tour, and of course, Pikes Market.

We got into town a couple of days early to get to take in the scenery. I would definitely recommend going to Pike Place Market.
