Small town but we learned a lot from our tour guide for our kayaking shore excursion. Water was warm which was nice because we got really wet from kayaking.

Love Catalina! Cant wait to go back and spend a weekend. We rented a golf cart for 2 hours ($90) and went around the island! No need to book an excursion as there are a ton of rentals available right off the ship. Then hung out on the beach and did some shopping!

Do the golf cart and drive around for the first hour or so. Plenty to see.

It was a fun!!! I recommend to rent a golf cart and then you can see the island much better. And do the parasailing excursion but the price was cheaper at port.

Catalina Island was beautiful. y kids loved the little beach which was uncrowded and very enjoyable. The lines to board the ferries was incredibly disappointing. May not be an easy way to avoid the wait but setting expectations would have been appreciated.

Really neat how you get off the ship onto a boat and they take you to the island. We did the aerial ropes course and it was so fun!!

Rented a golf cart an drove around for an hour. Then went shopping for an hour. After shoping we went back to the ship for lunch.
