We loved the Antebellum tour, where we visited the historic district of Vicksburg. It turns out our guide was Jefferson Davis’ great grandson and he was gracious enough to show us his own home too, with so many heirlooms from the war days. It was wonderful.

The Church of the Holy Trinity was very beautiful. Loved the Tiffany stained glass windows!

Really enjoyed the battle fields. Hard to believe that I was standing where the war was fought.

So much history here in a city where residents hid in caves to escape over 40 days of attack during the Civil War. Also tour the M/V Mississippi to the left of where the ship docks.

Toured the city by the on and off bus.
