Again a wirking port si beed to bus it into (free this time), its the usual big town thing, we took the cable car up and walked down through the gardens, which was worth doing

Pretty city Shuttle to town and short walk to Te Papa Museum then cable car up & walked back down to shuttle stop

docked in Akoroa. took bus into wellington took 1 1/2 hours. sad to see the churches and buildings after the earth quake, slowly rebuilding

Excellent we used the shuttle and then went on the cable car botanical gardens excursion. Also went to Te Papa and saw Gallipoli- amazing. Again the shuttle and volunteers were excellent.

49 Dixon Street Wiseguys has a good variety of souveniors upstairs, great prices. Cable car any time after lunch as ship books out in morning. Worth getting Hop on hop off bus. book prior through i site on internet as sells out very quickly..my experience..
