We spent an additional 4 days post-cruise. Sydney is a vibrant cosmopolitan city. Much to experience and see. You can also shop for a Tesla car.

Trip from airport to Circular Quay good but prebuy your Opal Card, especially if you are a concession holder. The concession cards are not available at the train stations and it is much more expensive to travel with a normal Opal card.

Sydney is a big construction zone at the moment with the light rail construction and building construction. Nice down by the waterfront though.

Spend a few days, get an opal card and use the trains, bus, and ferries. Easy to get around. Taronga Zoo, Bondi Beach, Walk the Harbour Bridge, and take advantage of the "I'm Free" walking tour that operates every day at 10:30 & 2:30. It meets and departs from Town Hall Square and is very informative and you get a great tour by an energetic college student that knows Sydney like the back of their hand. Tip them at the end for what you think the tour was worth.
