Burnie is a regional area and this was obvious. It is a nice place to visit, but the experience was disappointing as the equipment on the tour bus was malfunctioning.

Loved this town as well. They actually greeted us with "Burnie" hat pins. Super nice people, very appreciative of us tourists.

Not much to see in Burnie, but any stop is good.

Book Wilds wildlife park with a small tour group. Larger groups make ot more difficult to see it all

Amazing town built on the paper production industry. The town is inhabited by friendly tourist driven folk who genuinely happy that you came to enjoy their part of the world.
