Not long enough in port. All shops closed due to the date of visit. Bought a nice piece of street art though, so that was a plus.

Excursions of city - excellent guide with five photo stops - dropped off at gastronomic markets which were worth a look - didn’t eat there but were ok I heard. Lots of other little stalls.

Best walk off the ship cruise port , you disembark right at the small memorial park/monument to the German Cruiser Admiral Graff Spee lost in the 1939 battle of the Rio de La Plata and continue on no vehicles allowed walking streets that take you right through old town, plenty of beautiful parks, historic sights and no pressure stores and vendors along the way.

We took a city bus out to a shopping center that went through a glamorous neach area.
