High winds kept us from docking. Which was disappointing since this was a main stop for off ship activities. The ship staff had to scramble to entertain everyone since we were now at sea again.

Enjoyed the eco-adventure tour, but the Canal cruise was a waste of time. Our tour guide stopped so we could photograph some howler monkeys and three toed sloths in trees which was very cool .

The stark contrast between the visitors and the residents should impress the visitor from more affluent areas. The country's dedication to its people and environment is impressive.

Took the train ride and bus tour. Think that's where we went to the Plantation and it was kind of a waste of time.

We took a tour through the water way and then a banana plantation. It was very interesting and we totally enjoyed it. The people seemed very nice and it appears to be a safe place.
