Belize City, Belize Port Reviews

Belize is beautiful! We went to Caye Caulker and snorkeled. This was through the cruise line. While it was fun, it was overbooked and overcrowded. Hopefully next time this excursion will be available through Dream Vacations. I had a similar one booked, but the company cancelled it.

All excursions were canceled due to the weather

Belize is wonderful but the tender ride is long and noisy

Might be a good day to enjoy the boat if you don’t like crowds and multiple long waits and packed bus rides.

It’s a developing country- be open minded. The locals were very welcoming

Take the Mayan Ruins tour with the one hour bus ride. Guide was very informative and the ride went by quickly. You get to hike the ruins which is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Boat shuttle to get ashore. Calypso tour train was fun

Did the Best of Belize City Tour through Royal and it was very informative. We also got to visit a rum factory. The port is nice.

No reason to get off here unless you have an excursion.

Didn’t get to see the actual port cause our excursion took us straight from the boat to a tiny island which we snorkeled around could of easily cut out an 45-hour from the time on the island so you could tender over to the port for shopping though
