Been twice not a bad spot not a great spot enjoyed myself both times went cave tubing the drive to the caves was interesting for sure guides were super nice and make is a great lunch afterwards I would go back for sure

WENT ON A SNORKELING TRIP - FROM GOFF'S ISLAND. SUPURB EXCURSION. IT WAS OUR VERY FIRST TIME TO SNORKELING - HAD A PERSON, WHO TOOK CARE OF US DURING THE WHOLE TIME - ECOTOURS BY CRUISING EXCURSIONEERS. IT WAS A GUIDED SNORKELING TOUR. WILL USE THEM AGAIN - VERY PERSONABLE CREW OF THE TOUR AND BOAT.

OK- you need to go into this eyes wide open. You need to take a tender, and the ride to the port is 15/20 minutes. It's a haul. BUT once you get there, it's great. We found Belize to be safe and full of friendly individuals. We booked the stingray and shark tour through Carnival and loved it. My son is a shark addict, so it was perfect. Snorkeled at the Barrier Reef, swam with rays and nurse sharks, had lunch. As added bonuses, we visited a starfish nursery AND (the best part) were able to hand-feed tarpon from the boat. Finally, while this wasn't part of the tour, we saw a hammerhead shark and dolphin on our way back into port. Just the icing on the cake.

We go to Belize in 1 week 😁😁. Our excursion ends at 12:30... Is there a breach near the port where we can go hang out til 4ish. Our ship leaves til 5.

We had a good day in Belize city. Did some shopping and enjoyed a few beers, chips and salsa at a pier side restaurant. We did not venture outside the port. If we ever go to Belize city again we will do an excursion or stay on the ship for the day. This was our least favorite of the four ports we visited.

This is the only port that i haven't loved so far. I think the excursions would be amazing, I'll be doing a rain forest excursion next time i go. If you don't do an excursion, there is nothing to do. Where they tender you in (about a 15-20min ride), there is a basic market setup (about 10 minutes and youre done) with a wall up for safety between you and the city. There are armed guards that strongly caution you to not go on the other side of the wall due to it being very unsafe. I would still go back in the future for an excursion, so of those pictures look amazing!

This is a tender port and did cave tubing long bus ride to and back and walked around Port and did a little shopping definitely one of the ports you want to do an Excursion

We did an excursion to this port and went to the Lamanai Mayan ruins. They were beautiful and it was an incredible experience! The only downside is that it was over an hour to get there and back I would definitely recommend doing an excursion in Belize since there is not much to do around the port area

We did not have an excursion here. The port is a trash heap. Very torn up and tendered. I would suggest having an excursion at this port is you plan to get off the ship.
