Belize is nice. We chose to not do an excursion and it was a great idea. Just walk out to the cabs and negotiate a great deal with them. We had a city tour and visited the beach for $45 per person. When I got there to the beach, upon talking to others. They had paid $200 per person for the same experience through Carnival. Belize is beautiful and the people are friendly. Ask for Gregory the driver and your guide when you step out to the taxi areas. He’ll take great care of you:)

We chose an excursion from Shore Excursioneer for Belize Food Tasting, Rum and Sightseeing. Great choice! We were able to see the island, taste the food and visit the rum factory.

Great port! 5 mile taxi ride to get there in a boat😎 the people of Belize were kind and informative! We did the foodie tour which was amazing! Tried things I’d never eaten and the hot sauce was so good! I brought back plenty to enjoy at home! English speaking and property is very cheap for anyone looking for a get away vacation spot!

Not much to say about the port. We did the wildlife and zoo tour with lunch. The guides were excellent but the excursion itself wasn't that great. Not much to see.

Went to prison...yes, really!! Rented a car, drove to a local monkey nature preserve, saw howler monkeys on the wild. Went to Altun Ha mayan ruins. Drove to the Belize Federal Prison, and bought souveniers at the prison gift shop. Then on to Old Belize for a local snack.
