Belize City, Belize Port Q&A

No beaches within the city limits and if not on a ship's sponsored tour to one of the Cayes for swimming expect to spend at least 45 minutes on a second ferry to go out to 1. Belize City is a tender port an the ship's have to anchor pretty far off shore vecause of the reef system.

There is no sandy beach at this port. Good shopping, but takes planning to get to any beach.
