It was during Monte Carlo Grad Prix. Enough said. The city was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Couldnt see casino because of the race. You need a jacket and an entry fee of 50 Euros

The walk to top of hill to Maritime Museum was worthwhile, as was the "Tonka Toy" train ride, which gave quick, overall tour of city, Casino, hotels, parks and downtown sites.

Great place to see toys of the Rich and Famous (exotic yachts and cars). Nice place to walk around on your own. A bit stuffy atmosphere though.

Nice is a must see. I really enjoyed the drive along the riviera. Monte Carlo has many sights to see. Both cities are very clean and beautiful.
