Khasab a small city in Oman. Not much things to do in Khasab. Best you can do boat trip via dhow cruise & explore the city. Khasab fort which is only 10 mint from Khasab port. There are many agency operate tours in Khasab one of the is Khasab Sea Tours (www.kstoman.com).

Khasab Musandam Peninsula provide opportunities to snorkel and view underwater,dolphin watching while the dhow, also chance to visit musandam mountain , khor najd by 4x4 jeep. ( i booked through www.dolphintour.net) they offer free transfer.

The Dhow cruise into fjords is magical - dolphins in the wild and majestic mountains falling into turquoise sea ! A must do if stopping here but book your own ! 4 on our large Dhow . Town itself good for cheap electronics - not interesting at all .

Booked tour of city threw RC. Went up into the mountains. Stopped for some shopping.

Nothing much here to see unfortunately. When the captain's morning announcement was "if you don't like taking photos of rocks and shoreline I'd stay on board!

Not a lot to do as this a new destination. Khasab only really had souvenir shops, it would have been better to do an excursion, we where told that the Fjords where breathtaking and you got to see dolphins.

Loved it. You must do the dolphin tour of the fjords. Book directly with dolphin tours online. They are fantastic.

So so experience. Most interesting item was watching the Iranian speed boat smugglers leaving port just before sundown. Must have been dozens of them
