We did the beach resort day pass through Carnival and it was wonderful! The food and drinks were all included and the pools and beach were not too crowded. Lots of vendors on the beach coming up to you, but that is expected in Mexico.

Did not purchase an excursion through Carnival, but hired a local tour guide. He took us around, we were able to shop, and see some sights. We also had a meal.

The tour guide and bus driver where very nice. We saw the cliff divers and did some shopping. We loved it.
