Loved it, felt comfortable walking around and great restaurants and bars. I liked the small town feel and the Churches were beautiful. Will do excursions next trip.

We did do an excursion. We went to one of the beaches. It was pretty basic but fun. Not too pricey.

Topless bus. We made a report to the NCL cruise desk that our driver was drunk. My husband noticed more than me, that his reckless driving proved to be so. Many others noticed it, too. However, the tour was good and the shopping.

Walked to the old city center. It was lovely. Many helpful volunteers along the way to guide you.

We enjoyed the Mazatlan tour of the charming villages with Akino Montiel. The only good tour guide we had, who respected our time.

Salsa and Salsa excursion was awesome and well recommended.

After a bumpy ride on tram to port, I took a van tour of city. Good time, worth the money ($30)

We did an excursion with the ship and getting on the tour buses was very badly handled. No one knew exactly where to go and there were several buses for this trip and many were filled to capacity whilst our bus was only half full. Did not enjoy this excursion as much as the other one and if we visited again, may stay on the ship or just go to the newer part of town where the high end hotels are.

The beach was fantastic. Carnival personnel could learn a lot from the service people in Mexico.
