We had a lot of fun here. Went to stone island and spent the day on the beach. Rode horses and did the banana boat ride.

Stayed on board. Port area is a working shipping port so not much to see. People spoke well of excursions.

We hired an open-air taxi for $10 to take five of us to the Malecon site nearest the "Cavern Club." From there, it is a long block north to see the divers and about 5 easy blocks inland to the main church and flea market. Place was safe and folks were friendly and readily gave directions. This basically is the "City tour" equivalent without the hotel zone.

Yes. Did a 4 hr excursion. Very nice but too much walking.

Went to VIP beach and pool condo resort. Pools were very nice, with large iguanas. Beach was OK with a lot of merchants. Buffet was good. Bus ride back with tequila a big hit with my family!

City tour thru Shore Excursions. Great tour, good history

Take a taxi to El Mercado (the boardwalk) and you can walk for miles.

Taxi tour of the city was very informative and personal.

We took a tour recommended by the Mazatlan volunteers. It was fun.
