Maui was great, though we did not get to do everything we wanted to do. We did snorkel at Molokini Crater and Turtle Town which was awesome! We also took an excursion to the top of Haleakala Crater. he port area itself was rather industrial and not the nicest spot, but the excursions were great!

Lahaina Luau excursion - was expecting more of an original Luau. This was too staged. Food was just okay

Molokini snorkeling is a must. Again, probably best to make arrangements ahead of time. The road to Hana was great- rent a car and buy a CD with the tour on it.

Be sure to visit Lahania. It is a very nice town on the sunny side of the island. Good shopping, good restaurants. Also, the Maui Ocean Center was intriguing.
