We did private tour to Tao Needle/waterfall first day. 2nd day did snorkelling trip, saw whales & turtles. Fab trip.

This port is far away from the tourist area. Took a taxi to Lahaina. $200 round trip in a taxi.

This port was at a warehouse like area also. We did a whale watching tour and was able to get up close and personal with a mama and baby whale. We then did a luau that night. Lahaina Luau was a wonderful experience right on the beach.

The port was an industrial area, not much look at. We did the best of Maui excursion and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our bus driver was very informative.

The most developed and most expensive island.

Finally we were unable to port at Maui due to the ship and the waves. This was a total disappointment. We had looked forward to Maui for 11 months. I had 3 excursions booked on Maui.
