We took the Volcanoes Ntl Park tour which was by bus. We enjoyed it, but heard that the helicopter ride was the best

the Volcanoes National Park is a must see. Mauna Loa Macademia Nut factory was fun.

Hilo was pretty, however I don't feel like we had enough time there to see what we wanted to see. We did the kayak tour which was excellent, i would definately recomend that to others.

Took independent tour. Had a great day for much cheaper than the ship priced excursions.

Botanical gardens was just awesome. The waterfalls, the different kinds of flowers just utterly breathtaking.
