Review summary
The rooms were very comfortable even for my family of four in one room. If you are considering purchasing a four person room, it is important to know that the room has three twins on the floor that essentially make up into one large bed and the fourth is a bunk that folds out from the wall. The dining was very slow. We ate most meals in the main dining room at 6:00. We were able to get right in but it took an average of 1 3/4 hours to complete our meal. Drinks went empty or were forgotten altogether. The waitstaff was overwhelmed and undertrained. We have had far better service at Applebee's. The ports were awesome and the excursions (while expensive) were worth it! Our whole family enjoyed the waterfall hike on Kona - very intimate. Skip the specialty restaurants. Frequently they were booked yet 1/2 empty. When we asked the server why, they said that they did not have enough people trained to staff the restaurants at full capacity.Ship experiences

Pros: The staff managed our daughter's allergies wonderfully!
Cons: Poor service. 2 hours to finish dinner once we were seated. The ship is woefully understaffed.
