I do not like the mandatory tip charge of $15.00 per day added to our shipboard account. I like to tip extra for excellent service & not so much for less service.

Wonderful. The staff was the best! The food in the restaurant was very good. They say food is 24 hours a day but not so! The menu for room service is limited. The soft drink package is a ripoff. I only drank water & iced tea & at $17.50 per day is too much.
Onboard Activities

Too many kids in the pool. Not enough seats in the Americans test kitchen & movie. When going to the night entertainment, we had to get there at least 1/2 hr. Early or all the seats are taken.
Entertainment

Some were good & some not so good. Not all things were listed on the daily sheet. They were announced on the loudspeaker but couldn’t be heard in the bathroom & hard to hear in the cabin. They overlaps each other & some not enough time to get from one to another & get a seat. Too many sales pitches.

ALL of the staff were wonderful! They all knew our names, always so eager to serve, always smiling.
Ship Quality

Everything was fine but the Christmas decorations were left up too long and they were a mess. The flowers were not fresh. The gingerbread houses were all broken & left for days. The shops closed 4 days before end of the trip. The big clock in the atrium wasn’t working.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was great. Very clean.
Lots of storage. Would of been nice to have a electric outlet in the bathroom for shaver, electric toothbrush, water pick.
Ship tip
Be prepared for not enough to do. They have to many sales pitches for excursions, too many computer workshops, not enough seats for the American test kitchen & movies. They should have two shows per day. There are too many extra expenses not included in the cruise prices.
It rained so we bought umbrellas. When we got back on the ship, they had umbrella to borrow. They should have them ready to use before we got off the ship.
