Good amenities close to where the ship docks. Variety of shore excursions available. Would highly recommend a boat trip to the beautiful nature resort at Cies Island.

Excursion good

We did not go with a ship excursion, but rather went on our own with a taxi to Santiago de Compostela, about an hour away.

Nice port and accessible right from the ship. Sun Princess should have provided transport to the center of town or a complementary brief tour.

Did Princess shore excursion

If I could give it zero I would, 2nd time here , only got off to get supplies, not getting off here again.

No excursion here either. Quite a bustling town, we walked up hill towards the top for the views. We came upon a very friendly chocolate shop and bought supplies then found that there were escalators to the top of the town. This made light work of the climb and the views of the ship and surrounding area were good. We then headed back down towards the ship and stopped for a beer at a bar for sustenance. A pleasant morning out.

One of my favorite stops! Had no idea it was such a busy, fun city! And everything was in walking distance from the port!
