We don't do excursions. We usually have time for only a very nice lunch ashore.

Dropped off at walls to city, pleasant for a stroll around & decent shops

Got dumped off shuttle bus in middle of nowhere , no maps , wandered around but not overly nice , locals were friendly.

The shuttle dropped off at an arena about a 45 min walk from the old town, not sure why because there was nothing to do there,

To get to the city center is about 1/2 hour bus ride each way, so it leaves very little time to do much.

Loved the city centre but it is a 25 minute bus ride away

In comparison to the tour of Malaga, this one was top notch! Our tour guide made sure everyone could hear. She explained what each site we were passing was and the history. We did exit the bus two times, each time she took the time to make sure everyone could hear her and explained about everything we were seeing! I learned more about Valencia, than I ever knew and her love of her city was evident. She knew the history behind all the sites, and her english was excellent!
