Was very pleasantly surprised with Tallinn. If we had tons of money, would invest here in the "old town" as am sure it will be come the northern version of Tuscany. Thought our guide told us too much about the mediocre paintings in Peter's Palace.

Tallinn is a great mideival city. Good to walk o. Your own but cab ride to old town was about 20 euro
