Hired a taxi for a two-hour ride to tour the area ad go to the volcano national park. Well worth the 60 euro charge.

Best local tour went to the top of the world, fantastic view above the clouds felt you could touch the sun. Would highly recommend this but if you are queasy about mountain driving don’t as there are 192 hair pin bends on the way to the summit

We walked from the ship each port and enjoyed experiencing the local culture as much as we could. People were very friendly and helpful.

Was the favorite. No excursion. Walked and explored the beautiful and welcoming city. Lovely beach and bar. Not crowded. Great architecture!

My favorite port! Loved the naval museum, the cathedral at San Francisco plaza and the shopping!

Nice clean town and easily walkable from the ship, just follow the blue line painted on the sidewalk. Lots of shops.
