Went to Lubeck. Good Shopping Blend of new and old. Had local guide who was horrible. We paid him to leave after 45 min. of a 2 hour tour

Kiel was ok but travelled easily by train to Lubeck and it is a quaint medieval city.

We were in the Maritim Hotel....with views on the water....the hotel was not cheap....and I guess the hotel was very chique in the 70s...but now it is very worn out.... Kiel is only beautiful near the water...
