Overnighted here. Most museums are closed on Mondays, so if you are planning on seeing them be sure they are open.

One of my favourite destinations. We took a boat trip around the harbour and it was nice to see the sights from a different perspective. The city centre is a 45 min walk from the cruise terminal. Very easy to find as you just follow the waterfront from the ship. Flat route so not strenuous.

It was 76 degrees when we arrived - a regular heat wave to the Finns. Took a local bus to a village with houses, churches and other structures moved to that location from all over Finland and from different time periods. It was very cool

Did this on our own, next time I would do the Hop on and Hop off first then walk to spots. We walked everywhere but really had limited information about each spot. Had some gorgeous pictures with amazing views. Looks like an area that has a lot to offer, not my favorite port but we still enjoyed it.

We walked the short distance from the ship to the bus stop and bought a day ticket for zones AB for 8 Euros. We took the tram into the city centre to walk around the main sights. The ticket is great value as it covers the water buses. We took the water bus to the fort at Suomenlinna, a lovely coastal path walk and great views. On return we continued to explore the city and visited Temppeliauko Church and the Sibelius monument before getting the tram back to the ship. Even with our occasion use of the tram we still managed to walk 11 miles in total. A fantastic port destination.

Again, the cruise line arranged a shuttle bus to one of the most popular locations in the city city. From there we walked to many great locations. Wonderful city
