Overnighted here. Most museums are closed on Mondays, so if you are planning on seeing them be sure they are open.

Did a bus tour.

It was 76 degrees when we arrived - a regular heat wave to the Finns. Took a local bus to a village with houses, churches and other structures moved to that location from all over Finland and from different time periods. It was very cool

Suomenlinna is very easy to get to from here, I wouldn't take the excursion since its an easy ferry ride on your own.

We did do an excursion here and would never have seen or leaned as much without it. I like to ask questions about people’s life style and I was able to ask our tour guide many questions. I highly recommend an excursion here. They have so much history to learn about. Surprisingly interesting city! We visited an amazing church built out of rock. The Rock Church in Helsinki is a must see!

Helsinki is a really nice place with lots of shopping centers.

We did take the excursion. it was really interesting walking through the town and taking in the whole experience.

Wonderful overnight stop here, beautiful city to visit.

One of my favourite destinations. We took a boat trip around the harbour and it was nice to see the sights from a different perspective. The city centre is a 45 min walk from the cruise terminal. Very easy to find as you just follow the waterfront from the ship. Flat route so not strenuous.

2 of our family of 4 went on excursion and really enjoyed it. The other 2 went to hospital in Helsinki at the recommendation of on board medical staff
