Do you like Flamenco? There's a ship's tour that offers a small venue performance of this. Fun. This port you had to do a ship's tour. Can't do it on your own. That will change.

Alcazar. Roam the gardens. They are a complete oasis, especially after being on a ship after a week. We went on our own and could have spent another three hours there.

Cadiz is a great city to walk. We have been in Cadiz before so we elected to do our own walking tour and had fun.
