Sagrada Familia was incredible and Park Guell fascinating. Make sure you take the shuttle that’s included because the walk is a 45 min gruelling uphill climb from the Sagrada.

Great city! Amazing tapas dining, beautiful squares, shopping, architecture. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favour if you're embarking or disembarking here: give yourself a couple of extra days to enjoy the city on the front or back end. Just beware of pick-pockets and thieves. They are ,unfortunately, everywhere! You have so be smart with your personal things. I've never experienced it, but have been near people who have. Hotel staff will also give you warnings about it.

We had 2 days before the cruise and 1 day after in Barcelona, and could have spent another week. We truly fell in love with Barcelona. Spent a morning at Park Guell, an afternoon at Sagrada Familia, an afternoon enjoying the beaches, and walked lots and lots of blocks. We found it to be a very clean, very beautiful, and very friendly city.

There's a lot to see and do in Barcelona. We went on our own and took taxis around the old town gothic quarter area as well as the La Sagrada Familia church.

Barcelona is a beautiful city with too much to explore and see. We were here for 5 days prior to the cruise and 1 day after, still could not see enough of it, We will certainly be back.

I love Barcelona. It was my favorite city. It was not too hot to walk and explore around. We went to Sagrada Familia, la casa Milla, Park Guell and went around this city.

Took a cab to the Sagreda Familia. Fantastic church which we toured & went to the top of one of the towers. Rode an elevator up & had to walk down 400 steps. Lunch at a local restaurant. Sampled local beer & wine.
