disembarked, and took train to venice on our own, not difficult and much cheaper than with the cruiseline bus. also, grabbed a taxi outside of the ship to the train station that is about a 1/2 hour by car away, 40 euros, instead of ship offering 19.95 per person. we were party of 4 for 40 euros.

This didn’t seem like a port. We did go to see the church mosaics but not much to the town

Had a hotel stay before and after the cruise. We did not find anything particularily interesting there. Lots of graffiti, as with most european cities. Had some great and reasonably priced pizza at a local restaurant.

We only embarked and disembarked in Ravenna.

I enjoyed the Ferrari Museum, except the short time at the museum didn't warrant the long drive to get there.

Spent three days touring on my own, beautiful city you can see in two days. No crowds, good food and low prices.

Super nice place we love Italy and it has a lovely downtown, is a little town you can walk it fast, in culture you have that Dante Alighieri born there!

Took a tour to a little town and a winery. Had a great time. Didn’t love the slow pace and having to stay with the tour guide, but overall, enjoyed the day.

We didn’t visit Ravenna. When the Venice port was canceled, Norwegian arranged for a free shuttle from Ravenna to Venice. It was a 2 1/2 hr bus ride but I was very happy we still got to go to Venice. That was my main reason for choosing this particular cruise. And Venice was amazing to see and walk around. Loved it!

Departure port. Nothing special.
