We went in an Uber up to Eze and then Monaco before taking the train to Nice and another Uber back to the port. What an amazing place. We can't wait to go back.

We did Discovering Monaco and Monte Carlo excursion. Was not overly impressed with this excursion. The views were breath-taking, but everywhere was packed with tourists which made walking a challenge to keep up with fast walking guide. Huge boat show on at Monte Carlo. Saw the Royal Palace at Monaco. Did not see the casino.

No where in our intinerery did it say this port. We thought we were landing in Nice. Very disappointing.

Village of Saint Paul, a midevil village up on the hill was probably the quaintest and prettiest place we were. Nice half day excursion.

We got an all day train pass. It was great. We went to Monaco and Nice. We wanted to go to Cannes but because of some circumstances, we did not get there...but we could have and wished we did! You can skip the baches of Nice... They are all large rocks!
