We took the Marksburg Castle tour and WOW!!! One of the most exceptional tours of the castle. This is a bit unsteady and lots of walking but an incredible journey! HIGHLY recommend this!

We did the Rudesheim Wine Tasting and I enjoyed it. We also did the Siegfried's Mechanical Music Museum and I liked it more than I expected I would. It was fascinating.

Not very much. It was the point of connection for everyone who was in different excursions. The evening was the act given that we went to town, walking. There is a nice promenade lighted from the ship to the town.

Adorable little town. Even though it was adorable, I would forfeit this town to spend more time in Strasbourg/Alsace!

Neat little small town

Excellent port! We did wine tasting in cave - too much time here for what was offered & could not understand the host - terrible command of English language; we took Gondola ride but ran out of time because of too much time at the wine tasting cave (big waste of time); our last cruise here a few years ago we had a wine tasting in the actual vineyard - excellent; plus, we had time to explore the city.

Loved this place, very scenic views of the Rhine River and many vineyards from a gondola ride up to the Neiderwald Monument (highlighting victory of German over France in 1869).
