We enjoyed this port, but the tour was lacking.

not a lot to do near the boat and the excursion choices weren't great, mostly walked around and explored taking pictures. Wouldn't return

Great port and a good launch point for the south of France.

Second visit. Busted new museum.

We did a private tour with Viator and had a wonderful day visiting highlights of the town and a trip to the beautiful Notre Dame. We also went to the Foret' Communale de Cassis for some beautiful photos of the towns below and around the bay. Then we went to the Port de Cassis and had lunch. Excellent day and the guide was very good.

It is a half hour walk to city center. Our you can pay 18 euros for a shuttle boat. Shuttle boat should have been included!

Port itself is so beautiful! Beware, the royal Caribbean said there is no free transportation to the city center, and only option is to catch up 20 euro/person bus to the city. This is not true. (See picture below about the misleading information). Actually, there is a free shuttle bus if you walk around 10 mins. The shuttle bus staff is super friendly and helpful! Do not waste your money on their 20 euro bus.

Did the Provance with lunch excursion. Really great, lovely countryside. Gorgeous villages. Make sure you pick up some Lavende.

Food tour or on your own, get out and enjoy this beautiful city. Sit down and have a meal. Be sure to visit the chocolate shops and sample everything!

You need to offer shorter excursions leaving around 10 am that are just an overview of the area. Most of the excursions were too long of a day.
