Had to take a walking tour as my previously booked excursión was canceled. The walking tour was my only other option in English. The areas were we were taken were not the cleanest I've seen. We bought some good olive oil soaps.

Dirty place with a lot of rude people. Free shuttle bus 5-10min from port,that drives you to the city centre. There are a lot of soap shops and those soaps smell very nice.

Free bus shuttle to city center at 15min walk from port. Do not pay for ship shuttle bus.

Unfortunately, this was substituted for a Caribbean Island. Many of the places I wanted to visit were closed the day we arrived (NCL should have been aware of this)
