One of the best ports on this trip. Good walk around port. Little sight seeing trains are worth doing.

Loved this port last year when we had to tender. This year we were docked so I could take the scooter off. We had a good look around the little local market with its fresh and speciality goods. We then walked on to a beach area and I would have swum but the OH wasn't feeling too well (too much sun I thought) so we just had beachside coffees and a crepe. Love Corsica !

Loved Ajaccio - claimed to top of monument to Napoleon! Plenty of places to stop for a coffee or something stronger. Can't wait to go back. Weather was fantastic.
Nice port, walking distance to Beach and Town, very historic, the Birthplace of Napoleon,if you Dock on a Sunday, and the SHOPS WILL BE SHUT.Learn some basic French, and if you need the toilet,be prepared to buy a drink.A nice harbour, worth a visit
Corsica was a sweet place. We enjoyed Nice a little bit more but thought it was charming.

Ajaccio is a beautiful city but there’s not much to do there except eat and shop. Took the little train around town and up to Napoleons Memorial.
