OMG stunning city with amazing history. So much to see and do. My fav was Peterhof Palace. But there is so much to see in this beautiful city.

Take an excursion for sure. There is a lot to see in this city. We had two days but one day was enough for us.

Fascinating visit to place not often visited but very crowded. Take the two day all inclusive tour and avoid own visa hassle. Passport control by Russian authorites at arrival port uniquely ponderous and reminiscent of old cold war documenting of every foreigner in country. Wait times and lines resulted on first entry. Quicker later.

2 days in port and pleanty of time to get a good feel of the city, Don't miss the Hermitage and the Spilt Blood Church. Also the trip and visit in Peterhof was good. We took the optional cultural of the Russian Folk Show, this was a great program. We had an excellent tour guide one of the top 2 we have ever had

The crown Jewel of this cruise. We booked a 1 day tour with SPB tours (for this city and 3 others). SPB gets my personnal recommendation, for cost, ease of booking on teh internet (precruise) and the thoroughness of thier tours) These were all great tours and St Petersburg was fanastic. I'll leave it to other reviewers to give more details about the so much there is to experience here.

not enough time at the hermitage, catherines and peterhop were magnificent the Olympia restaurant the first day was awful-food was cold; the resturant before the Peterhof was very nice, and the food was good
