Postcode for terminal took us to the freight port.. Made us a lot later than we wanted to be. Embarking and disembarking was very smooth. Staff very helpful

Long bus ride from London, had long lines to get on board. Did not get a chance to sightsee.

Would give zero if option. 1 hour wait to get to security area. Calling #12 and we have #21 at least another hour. Have not ever had to wait this long and this is cruise #8 for us. Queen Elizabeth II terminal
