Five stars for being a walkable port with a beautiful view of the Akershus Fortress and the surrounding area. Buses for excursions were close by and they had great shopping at a souvenir store for cruise passengers.

City bus tour very expensive but you get to see the city. Some very good museums in Oslo the Viking boat and villages worth a visit. Try and visit the excellent resistance museum which is inside the fort (free entry to the fort only) which was next to where the our ship was docked.

Get out on deck early, early AM to watch boat pull in thru the Fjords. See the Vigeland Sculpture Park, Kon Tiki Museum (popular), and the Norwegian Resistance Museum.

Walkable from port. Peace Museum is right by the port and fascinating. Locals use an app to use electric scooters and they are everywhere and great fun- download! Oslo is clean, stylish and expensive.
