Dublin is a favorite city of mine. Since I have visited several times already, on this visit we did The Guinness Experience: A Taste of Dublin. We saw many historic sights on the way to the Guinness Storehouse Museum. We passed the Old Parliament House, Trinity College and the Irish Parliament. We visited Georgian Dublin with its lovely homes, The national Gallery of Ireland, City Hall, St Steven's Green & St Patrick's Cathedral. Our guide made a photo stop near the cathedral in St. Patrick's Park for more explanation. We also passed Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral before heading over to the Guinness Museum. The Guinness tour ends up at the Gravity sky bar for a pint of Guinness and beautiful views of Dublin. We bough two sets of engraved glasses in the huge gift shop.

We arrived a day before and visited Guinness storehouse, St Patrick Catherale and Trinty College. Port is 25 min away from the city center and nothing much around the port.

We had been to Dublin a few times and did not book an excursion because there are so many things to do on your own. We went to the cathedral, saw the Book of Kells, the castle, shopped and ate - fun day.

I always like to visit Dublin, I knew the city well so I was mainly going to the shops to by presents, but it is always nice to walk through it. There is lots to see, the castle, college, museums, etc

I had been to Dublin before so chose the Walking tour and pub crawl. I was surprised to find that this was one of my favorite days. It was fun to mix with other like minded passengers and to hear all about the pub crawling days of James Joyce and Oscar Wilde and the like.

Great city to visit. Took the “Dublin Highlights” tour which included St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Trinity College, Kitchen Gardens( places to get out of the tour bus to visit). The tour guide was kind & knowledgeable. We were given individual ear buds & portable radios(set to channel 15)- for usage in St. Patrick’s Cathedral & Trinity College. Great idea- efficient & quiet. We were given ample opportunities to get off the tour bus and walk the town to do shopping, etc. We were given instructions & directions to hop back on a Princess Cruise bus every hour, if needed. They thought of everything.

Had to leave the cruise here, my wife was hospitalized here. Thank the people of Dublin for their help and kindness. The Doctors and Nurses at Mater Hospital are a credit to their profession and we can't thank them enough. Erin go Braugh
