Did the hop hop off bus, Saint Patrick’s cat and Epic museum. Needed a shuttle into the city as we docked in a container pier 😳. Much easier to grab a taxi, which we did for the drive back to the ship.

This is just a big city. Lots of old buildings. Not nearly enough time here. Needed to get out of city and into countryside. Went to a few pubs. Big disappointment! Guinness was overrated. Very very busy!

I went to the powerscourt estates and saw the gardens. The different style of gardens were very well maintained and extensive. Be prepared to walk a lot. There was a little shop next to the estates that sold some great preserves. We also did a city drive and stopped at Trinity college to see the Book of Kells (extra) which was so worth it. We were given free time and I wandered the streets and popped into some great stores and a pub for a bite to eat. Very touristy area and not “authentic” but well worth a visit.
