Previously been to Taormina in a private taxi with another couple which was excellent but this time used the local tour bus and train which was excellent value. Try and be in the square at midday for the chimes.

We took a tour “Taormina on your own transfer” beautiful drive up to this little town, lots of shops and cafes, very pretty.

Picturesque. Did a private excursion to Taormina and Castelmola. Celebrity excursions were too pricey here.

Much that you would want to see is close to the port. We took the little train tour from the square.

Wet. rain and cold. ☹👎. Did go on an excursion. footsteps of the Godfather,(something like that.) explored sites where the Godfather film were done.We did enjoy it despite the weather.👍

Godfather tour was Fun! The Bus will take you High High Up in the mountains! Beautiful Views! Lovely & yummy cafes! Lots of Walking! Beautiful & fun sites from the movie
