Our preferred excursion to Florence was cancelled without notification so we were stuck with just going to Pisa instead of an affordable tour of the beautiful city of Florence.

This was the best excursion and hi momnt of this cruise. Thanks to our guide and tour operator we had plenty of free time on our own and wre able to visit most sites w/o interference. Now tell me how in Catania we don't get off the ship, in Naples they don't allow us oof the bus and then in Florence we experinced non-Covid restrictions and plenty of free time. All this in the same Italy

Caught the shuttle bus to Livorno centre 5 minute journey where we met our pre booked excursion to Florence, journey took about 1hr 15 mins, had a great day exploring Florence. hot and busy but had a lovely day walking around
